By accessing or using the DSLLM platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DSLLM platform, including our self-evolving EI technology and Selft Node architecture. By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DSLLM Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Service Description

DSLLM provides an advanced Evolving Intelligence (EI) platform featuring:

Transparent Selft Node architecture for self-evolving AI
Cloud-based EI platform with scalable infrastructure
API access for developers and enterprise integrations
Advanced analytics and performance monitoring
Technical support and documentation

Beta Services

Some features may be offered as beta or experimental services. These services are provided "as is" without warranties and may be subject to additional terms.

User Accounts

Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Responsibilities

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Ensure all account activity is authorized by you
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to harm, disrupt, or interfere with our services
Gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership

DSLLM retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including our proprietary ArchSelft and HoSelft architectures, algorithms, and software.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data to provide our services.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance and updates
Technical difficulties or system failures
Force majeure events beyond our control
Security incidents requiring immediate response

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSLLM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Loss of data or information
Business interruption or system downtime
Claims by third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process in your dashboard or contacting our support team.

Termination by Platform

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for other legitimate business reasons.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any disputes before pursuing legal action. We are committed to working with users to find fair and reasonable solutions.

Chấp nhận điều khoản

Các Điều khoản Dịch vụ này ("Điều khoản") điều chỉnh việc sử dụng nền tảng DSLLM của bạn, bao gồm công nghệ EI tự tiến hóa và kiến trúc Selft Node của chúng tôi. Bằng việc truy cập dịch vụ của chúng tôi, bạn thừa nhận rằng bạn đã đọc, hiểu và đồng ý bị ràng buộc bởi các Điều khoản này.

Các Điều khoản này tạo thành một thỏa thuận ràng buộc về mặt pháp lý giữa bạn và Nền tảng DSLLM. Chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền sửa đổi các Điều khoản này bất kỳ lúc nào, và những sửa đổi đó sẽ có hiệu lực ngay lập tức khi được đăng tải.

DSLLM cung cấp một nền tảng Trí tuệ Tiến hóa (EI) tiên tiến với các tính năng:

Kiến trúc Selft Node minh bạch cho AI tự tiến hóa
Nền tảng EI dựa trên đám mây với cơ sở hạ tầng có thể mở rộng
Truy cập API cho nhà phát triển và tích hợp doanh nghiệp
Phân tích nâng cao và giám sát hiệu suất
Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và tài liệu

Dịch vụ Beta

Một số tính năng có thể được cung cấp dưới dạng dịch vụ beta hoặc thử nghiệm. Các dịch vụ này được cung cấp "như hiện tại" mà không có bảo hành và có thể tuân theo các điều khoản bổ sung.

Tài khoản người dùng

Đăng ký tài khoản

Để truy cập các dịch vụ của chúng tôi, bạn phải tạo một tài khoản và cung cấp thông tin chính xác, đầy đủ. Bạn có trách nhiệm duy trì bảo mật thông tin đăng nhập tài khoản của mình.

Trách nhiệm tài khoản

Cung cấp thông tin chính xác và cập nhật
Duy trì tính bảo mật của thông tin đăng nhập
Đảm bảo mọi hoạt động tài khoản được bạn ủy quyền
Thông báo cho chúng tôi ngay lập tức về bất kỳ truy cập trái phép nào

Chính sách sử dụng hợp lý

Bạn đồng ý chỉ sử dụng dịch vụ của chúng tôi cho các mục đích hợp pháp và theo các Điều khoản này. Bạn không được:

Sử dụng dịch vụ cho bất kỳ mục đích bất hợp pháp hoặc trái phép nào
Cố gắng làm hại, phá vỡ hoặc can thiệp vào dịch vụ của chúng tôi
Truy cập trái phép vào hệ thống hoặc tài khoản người dùng của chúng tôi
Truyền virus, phần mềm độc hại hoặc mã có hại khác
Tham gia vào spam, quấy rối hoặc hành vi lạm dụng
Dịch ngược hoặc cố gắng trích xuất mã nguồn

Sở hữu trí tuệ

Quyền sở hữu nền tảng

DSLLM giữ tất cả các quyền, tiêu đề và lợi ích trong nền tảng, bao gồm các kiến trúc độc quyền ArchSelft và HoSelft, thuật toán và phần mềm của chúng tôi.

Nội dung người dùng

Bạn giữ quyền sở hữu đối với bất kỳ nội dung nào bạn gửi lên nền tảng của chúng tôi. Bằng việc sử dụng dịch vụ của chúng tôi, bạn cấp cho chúng tôi giấy phép hạn chế để xử lý và phân tích dữ liệu của bạn nhằm cung cấp dịch vụ.

Cấp giấy phép

Chúng tôi cấp cho bạn giấy phép hạn chế, không độc quyền, không thể chuyển nhượng để sử dụng nền tảng của chúng tôi theo các Điều khoản này và gói đăng ký của bạn.

Tính khả dụng của dịch vụ

Chúng tôi cố gắng duy trì tính khả dụng cao của dịch vụ, nhưng không thể đảm bảo truy cập liên tục. Dịch vụ của chúng tôi có thể tạm thời không khả dụng do:

Bảo trì và cập nhật theo lịch trình
Khó khăn kỹ thuật hoặc lỗi hệ thống
Các sự kiện bất khả kháng ngoài tầm kiểm soát của chúng tôi
Sự cố bảo mật yêu cầu phản ứng ngay lập tức

Giới hạn trách nhiệm

Trong phạm vi tối đa được pháp luật cho phép, DSLLM sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm cho bất kỳ thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên, đặc biệt, hậu quả hoặc trừng phạt nào, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở:

Mất lợi nhuận, doanh thu hoặc cơ hội kinh doanh
Mất dữ liệu hoặc thông tin
Gián đoạn kinh doanh hoặc thời gian ngừng hoạt động của hệ thống
Khiếu nại của bên thứ ba

Tổng trách nhiệm của chúng tôi sẽ không vượt quá số tiền bạn đã trả cho các dịch vụ trong mười hai tháng trước khiếu nại.

Chấm dứt

Chấm dứt bởi người dùng

Bạn có thể chấm dứt tài khoản của mình bất kỳ lúc nào bằng cách làm theo quy trình đóng tài khoản trong bảng điều khiển hoặc liên hệ với đội ngũ hỗ trợ của chúng tôi.

Chấm dứt bởi nền tảng

Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản của bạn ngay lập tức nếu bạn vi phạm các Điều khoản này, tham gia vào các hoạt động bị cấm hoặc vì các lý do kinh doanh hợp pháp khác.

Hiệu lực của việc chấm dứt

Khi chấm dứt, quyền sử dụng dịch vụ của bạn sẽ ngừng ngay lập tức. Chúng tôi có thể xóa dữ liệu tài khoản của bạn theo chính sách lưu trữ dữ liệu của chúng tôi.

Luật áp dụng

Các Điều khoản này sẽ được điều chỉnh và giải thích theo luật pháp Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh từ các Điều khoản này sẽ thuộc thẩm quyền độc quyền của các tòa án tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam.

Chúng tôi khuyến khích người dùng liên hệ trực tiếp với chúng tôi để giải quyết mọi tranh chấp trước khi theo đuổi hành động pháp lý. Chúng tôi cam kết làm việc với người dùng để tìm ra giải pháp công bằng và hợp lý.

Support technique et documentation

Services bêta

Certaines fonctionnalités peuvent être proposées en tant que services bêta ou expérimentaux. Ces services sont fournis "en l'état" sans garanties et peuvent être soumis à des conditions supplémentaires.

Comptes utilisateurs

Inscription au compte

Pour accéder à nos services, vous devez créer un compte et fournir des informations exactes et complètes. Vous êtes responsable du maintien de la sécurité de vos identifiants de compte.

Responsabilités du compte

Fournir des informations exactes et à jour
Maintenir la confidentialité de vos identifiants de connexion
S'assurer que toute activité de compte est autorisée par vous
Nous notifier immédiatement de tout accès non autorisé

Politique d'utilisation acceptable

Vous acceptez d'utiliser nos services uniquement à des fins légales et conformément à ces Conditions. Vous ne devez pas :

Utiliser le service à des fins illégales ou non autorisées
Tenter de nuire, perturber ou interférer avec nos services
Obtenir un accès non autorisé à nos systèmes ou comptes d'utilisateurs
Transmettre des virus, logiciels malveillants ou autres codes nuisibles
S'engager dans le spam, le harcèlement ou un comportement abusif
Procéder à l'ingénierie inverse ou tenter d'extraire le code source

Propriété intellectuelle

Propriété de la plateforme

DSLLM conserve tous les droits, titres et intérêts dans la plateforme, y compris nos architectures propriétaires ArchSelft et HoSelft, algorithmes et logiciels.

Contenu utilisateur

Vous conservez la propriété de tout contenu que vous soumettez à notre plateforme. En utilisant nos services, vous nous accordez une licence limitée pour traiter et analyser vos données afin de fournir nos services.

Octroi de licence

Nous vous accordons une licence limitée, non exclusive et non transférable pour utiliser notre plateforme conformément à ces Conditions et à votre plan d'abonnement.

Disponibilité du service

Nous nous efforçons de maintenir une haute disponibilité de service, mais ne pouvons garantir un accès ininterrompu. Nos services peuvent être temporairement indisponibles en raison de :

Maintenance programmée et mises à jour
Difficultés techniques ou pannes système
Événements de force majeure hors de notre contrôle
Incidents de sécurité nécessitant une réponse immédiate

Limitation de responsabilité

Dans la mesure maximale permise par la loi, DSLLM ne sera pas responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux, consécutifs ou punitifs, y compris mais sans s'y limiter :

Perte de profits, revenus ou opportunités commerciales
Perte de données ou d'informations
Interruption d'activité ou temps d'arrêt du système
Réclamations de tiers

Notre responsabilité totale ne dépassera pas le montant payé par vous pour les services au cours des douze mois précédant la réclamation.

Résiliation

Résiliation par l'utilisateur

Vous pouvez résilier votre compte à tout moment en suivant le processus de fermeture de compte dans votre tableau de bord ou en contactant notre équipe de support.

Résiliation par la plateforme

Nous pouvons suspendre ou résilier votre compte immédiatement si vous violez ces Conditions, vous engagez dans des activités interdites, ou pour d'autres raisons commerciales légitimes.

Effet de la résiliation

Lors de la résiliation, votre droit d'utiliser les services cessera immédiatement. Nous pouvons supprimer les données de votre compte conformément à nos politiques de conservation des données.

Droit applicable

Ces Conditions seront régies et interprétées conformément aux lois du Vietnam. Tout litige découlant de ces Conditions sera soumis à la juridiction exclusive des tribunaux de Ho Chi Minh Ville, Vietnam.

Nous encourageons les utilisateurs à nous contacter directement pour résoudre tout litige avant d'engager une action légale. Nous nous engageons à travailler avec les utilisateurs pour trouver des solutions équitables et raisonnables.

我们的总责任不得超过您在索赔前十二个月内为服务支付的金额。

终止

用户终止

您可以随时通过在仪表板中遵循账户关闭流程或联系我们的支持团队来终止您的账户。

平台终止

如果您违反这些条款、从事禁止活动或出于其他合法商业原因，我们可能会立即暂停或终止您的账户。

终止的效果

终止后，您使用服务的权利将立即停止。我们可能会根据我们的数据保留政策删除您的账户数据。

适用法律

这些条款应受越南法律管辖和解释。因这些条款引起的任何争议应受越南胡志明市法院的专属管辖。

我们鼓励用户在采取法律行动之前直接与我们联系解决任何争议。我们致力于与用户合作找到公平合理的解决方案。
